At Jean's Restaurant Supply, we want to ensure your kitchen is equipped with the best tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

Pack Securely

Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging and include all manuals and accessories to avoid restocking fees.

Ship the Item

Affix the return label and RMA number clearly on the outer shipping box and drop it off at your preferred carrier.
